Michael
J. Murphy CCIM, CPM
President Michael Murphy has been president of Pyramid Properties since 1992. Prior to
joining Pyramid, he was regional manager for Wilson Schanzer for four years.
Michael began his career in 1983, joining Comprop Management Company with offices
in Austin and Houston, as a property manager in Houston. He moved to Austin in
1985, where he served as a regional property manager. Michael holds his Texas
Real Estate License, is a Certified Property Manager, a Certified Commercial
Investment Member, and a member of IREM and BOMA.
Sheila
McHargue CPM
Director of Property Management Sheila McHargue, CPM®, is the Director of Property Management
for
Pyramid Properties and has more than 15 years experience in commercial property
management.
Prior
to joining Pyramid Properties, Sheila
was Associate Director of Asset Services with CB Richard Ellis. A graduate of
Texas Tech University, Sheila is a Certified Property Manager, holds her Texas
Real Estate Salesman's License, and is a member of IREM and BOMA.
