Bradley Kidd
Property Manager
Bradley joined Pyramid in 2000, bringing 9 years experience in commercial property management. Mr. Kidd has managed a mixed portfolio consisting of Retail, Industrial and Office. He is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, variance explanations, preparation of budgets and year-end reconciliations, as well as administering vendor contracts and coordinating tenant finish construction. In addition to property management responsibilities, he has coordinated various due diligence efforts on behalf of clients, directed capital and tenant finish construction projects and mold and asbestos remediation.

Katie Osgood
Property Manager
Katie joined Pyramid Properties in 2005. She serves as a property manager for a portfolio consisting of approximately 400,000 square feet of office and retail disbursed throughout Austin. Her duties include preparation of annual budgets, reconciliation of annual expenses, collection of monthly rent and handling delinquency issues, monthly financial reporting, collecting bids and overseeing tenant and building improvements, maintaining ongoing tenant relations to assess needs, and helping to ensure that problems are being met promptly and to the satisfaction of clients and tenants. Prior to joining Pyramid Properties, Katie worked in Retail Department Management for 7 years.

Currently, Katie is completing coursework to obtain her RPA designation from BOMA.

Kerry Kern
CPM
Property Manager
With 7 years experience in commercial property management, Kerry Kern joined Pyramid Properties, Inc. in 2009 as a Property Manager. Ms. Kern has managed a mix of office and retail properties for both local investors and institutional owners. Her responsibilities include all aspects of property management, including budgets, mid-year re-forecasts, monthly reports, collections, operating expense reconciliations, tenant relations, lease administration, construction management, vendor bidding, and building operations.

Prior to joining Pyramid Properties, Inc. in 2009, Ms. Kern was a Property Manager for CB Richard Ellis.

Kristin Chavarria
Property Manager
Kristin joined Pyramid in 2007, bringing over 7 years experience in commercial property management. Formerly with CB Richard Ellis and Trammell Crow Company, Ms. Chavarria has managed a 500,000 square feet mixed portfolio consisting of eleven (11) properties disbursed throughout Austin with over 100 tenants. She is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, variance explanations, preparation of budgets and year-end reconciliations, as well as administering vendor contracts and coordinating tenant finish construction.
